COMPANY HISTORY
2000 – Established as Carlabella Solusindo which focusing in Data Entry
Warehouse.
2002 – Formed a strategic alliance with Groupe Second Marche and
Documentis, France. Established its strong position in overseas especially
France.
2004 – Changed its name to Indodata Pratama and expanded its services into
Data Management Specialist. Focus from converting paper-based documents
into manageable and accessible digital data.
2008 – Expanded its product and services focusing in Data Management and
IT Services.
2009 – Established its strong position as a business process outsourcing
company focusing in administrative services and expanding its business by
separating IT division to new brand: Idea Lounge.
